Based in Conley, GA, we serve Walmart and manage cross-dock operations involving product sorting, trailer loading, and transportation scheduling.
This role requires 2nd shift work from 2:30pm-11:00pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of 15 direct reports, including inventory and workflow management.
- Ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards as per company protocols.
- Generating and analyzing reports on production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers for satisfaction.
- Executing tasks assigned by the customer and/or Facility Manager.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail abilities.
- A high level of work ethic and multitasking capacity.
- A results-driven and ambitious mindset.
- Up to 5 years of supervisory or management experience in warehousing, distribution, or transportation.
