Position Summary
Our client is actively seeking a Human Resources Director to support two campuses that include a 198-bed acute and skilled care facility and over 20 employed physician practices with a workforce of 750 employees. This leadership role reports to the hospital CEO and collaborates with the Division HRD, serving as a key advisor and strategist for human capital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership
- Lead all HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, training, leadership development, compensation, and performance management
- Supervise a team of HR professionals
- Ensure regulatory compliance with all federal, state, and local HR-related laws
- Drive workforce engagement, retention, and operational HR excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent education experience)
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in hospital HR
- 5 years of healthcare HR experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR laws including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and Affirmative Action
- Master's degree preferred

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
