We are seeking an Appliance Account Manager to service and grow relationships with both existing and new customers in Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky. Role Overview :
As the Appliance Account Manager, you will be the primary commercial resource for our sales team and serve as the face of the company to both current and prospective appliance industry clients. You will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships, driving sales growth, and facilitating project development by working closely with customer Purchasing, Engineering, and Production departments. This position requires an individual who can manage multiple points of contact and drive projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Service & Development : Manage and expand relationships with existing appliance industry customers while targeting and developing new business opportunities within Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky.
- Sales Representation : Represent the companys custom metal stamping services to appliance manufacturers, identifying and cultivating long-term relationships with key customers.
- Collaborative Engineering Support : Partner with customers to design manufacturable metal components for appliances, working alongside internal teams such as Cost Estimating, Tooling, and Production to ensure seamless project execution.
- Solution Development : Drive creative solutions for product design to meet customer specifications, while addressing technical and functional elements of RFIs and RFPs.
- Cross-functional Communication : Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams, conveying customer needs clearly to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Travel & Territory Management : Travel regularly within Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky, visiting customers and prospects to build relationships and manage projects.
