**Job Description:**
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service through in-home consultations. You will meet with potential customers at their homes, assess their needs, demonstrate our products or services, and close sales. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently, has excellent communication skills, and is motivated by commission-based incentives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Present product demonstrations, answer questions, and provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Close sales and follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide post-sale support and address any customer concerns or issues.

- Must be a one stop closer.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a direct sales or in-home sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $63,634.00 - $180,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
