Role Description
This role will manage financial operations for our parking management services, including daily revenue reporting, payment processing, and bank verifications. You will maintain accurate financial records and provide essential support to multiple locations, ensuring smooth financial processes and customer communication.
Principal Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including check depositing, mail sorting, accounts receivable, and bank verifications.
- Prepare and submit daily revenue reports, reconciling payments.
- Maintain accurate records or customer correspondence and payments, ensuring prompt communication with customers.
- Assist location managers with payment and revenue tracking, providing financial information as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for check handling and payment transactions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to verify deposits and revenue reports for location(s).
- Complete bank verifications and manage payment-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Familiarity with cash management, daily revenue reporting, and payment processing.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
