Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Bilingual Sales Associate (Spanish required) to join our team at our Tacoma store. As a Sales Associate, you’ll take ownership of the in-store customer experience, helping each customer find exactly what they need. You’ll play a crucial role in day-to-day sales, inventory management, and customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and assist them in choosing the best devices and accessories. Provide product insights and support, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
• Inventory & Display Management: Keep our products organized and visually appealing, regularly updating displays to showcase popular items.
• Technical Support: Help customers with basic troubleshooting and product information.
• Checkout & Payment Processing: Handle transactions accurately, including cash and digital payments.
• Store Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a welcoming and professional environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Retail Experience: 0-1 years in retail, ideally in electronics or mobile devices, but any customer-focused role is valued.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English): Fluency in both languages is required to better serve our diverse customer base.
• Communication & Customer Service: Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Sales-Driven: A natural ability to connect with customers and drive sales.
• Independent & Responsible: Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of managing tasks independently.
• Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with mobile devices and accessories is a big plus.

Training & Hiring Process:

We make hiring simple and efficient! Our process includes:
✔ Quick phone interview to get to know you.
✔ In-person interview at our Tacoma store to see the environment and discuss the role in detail.

Compensation
We offer competitive pay to reward your hard work and skills. Base pay starts at $19–$20 per hour, depending on experience, with a robust commission structure that allows our associates to easily earn $24–$25 per hour on average.
