Position Overview :
This position provides involves collaborating with team members and assisting in administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient departmental operations.
Essential Job Functions :
- Management of outgoing mail and packages to agencies, marketing reps and special events
- Performs day to day functions within Marketing assisting the team with daily work flow items
- Maintains inventory of Marketing and office supplies
- Special projects as needed for VP / Director of Marketing
- Utilization of Microsoft Office to produce documents as directed
- Adhere to policies and procedures of employee handbook.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance
