USI/Asteelflash is actively looking for a highly organized and talented Human Resources Administrator to help support the HR activities at our location in Milpitas, CA.
The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for administration and compliance of HR items, including benefits, employee data integrity and recordkeeping to include attendance tracking and the HRIS database. Candidates for this position will be immersed in the inner workings of our business, working closely with all employees. Candidates must also be able to communicate effectively with employees, management and customers and be able to work well within a team environment and always demonstrate personal integrity. The successful candidate will be able to easily work in a fast-paced environment and switch between tasks frequently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruiting and staffing, job postings, coordinating interviews
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
- Policy development and implementation
- Management and administration of the company compensation and benefit programs
- Employee relations
- Employee orientation
- Maintenance and retention of employee records
- Establishment and maintenance of the company benefit system
- Assisting with audits, compliance reviews, and other mandatory reports.
- Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
- Support other functions as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as an HR Administrator
- Advanced organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Extremely detail oriented with a strong ability to manage a high priority project and confidential information
- Passionate about company culture and the employee experience
- Flexibility, team orientation, ability and willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Familiar with HRIS Systems (ADP)
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
