What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager- UNCAPPED Commission Potential position at Universal Site Services, Inc.?
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing profitable sales growth and identifying opportunities through marketing and sales campaigns through cold call, sales and trade events in assigned group of territories. This role is responsible for detecting areas of growth and working with Regional Operation Managers and Account Managers to draft quotes and sales proposals. This position is also accountable for controlling sales pipeline metrics to ensure that the number of proposals distributed is in alignment with the goals outlined to guide the region towards successful sales achievements.
Additionally, the role will ensure that proposals opportunities and contracts are generated and handled timely and efficiently. This position also supports the operations team to ensure that the customers service contracts are executed with the utmost professionalism. Throughout sales close processes, this role serves as a central point of contact between the multiple departments that are vital in closing new business.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for continuously developing new relationships and maintaining existing relationships in a defined territory.
