Job Title : Product and Technical Services Manager
Location : Bridgeville PA
Department : Sales and Marketing
Reports to : VP Sales and Marketing
Key Responsibilities :
- Operates as the single point of contact for all communications regarding product quality associated with all facilities.
- Acts as the technical lead within the Commercial Group working with our technical disciplines.
- Administers and resolves claims.
- Collaborates with inside Sales to resolve claims and issue credit memos.
- Coordinates educational opportunities with outside sales team, external representatives, and customers.
- Manages Corrective Action Report (CAR) as it pertains to customer claims.
- Charts continuous improvement initiatives including bringing new ideas to the company, financial justification, and prioritizing.
- Develops tools for the Sales team and customers to communicate company capabilities.
- Collaborate with Finance to investigate all Accounts Receivable discrepancies.
- Maintains company website as it pertains to qualifications and approvals.
