- Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests, while following all established recipes and procedures in alcoholic beverage preparation, and possesses full knowledge of all products that are available.
- Maintain accurate inventory of liquor, sales transaction, and cash count. Ensure that all control procedures; including warehouse transfers and inventory are completed. Orders all liquor and other supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation changes and maintains draft beer and liquor dispensing system, including replenishing cups and bottles. Follow all proper spoilage procedures to maintain cost.
- Adhere to all State laws regarding pouring, consumption and under age selling and serving laws.
- Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
- Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Previous bartender experience preferred
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs with assistance
- The noise level is generally moderate to high
- Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Depending on the assigned location, work can be almost exclusively outdoors
- Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout the peak seasons to include a rotation of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work Halloween Horror Night event nights (Wednesday/Thursday through Sunday) including Halloween night from 4PM – 4AM.
- $18 per hour
