What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Sales Support Coordinator position at Universal Supply Group?
Provide daily administrative support for the sales team and sales programs for all four brands. Provide product information and customer relationship management support to national sales force, manufacturers’ representatives, distributors, engineers and end users. Responsible for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities may include :
- Review and interpret Plan & Spec (P&S) mechanical schedules. Estimate equivalent equipment per engineer's requirements.
- Assist with submittals and order processing.
- Work closely with the Project Coordinator to ensure deadlines are met.
