CSSP Quality Assurance Manager

We are hiring for positions on an upcoming effort at Adelphi, MD in support of the U.S. Army Defensive Cyber Solutions Branch of the Army Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR). This position will oversee and coordinate the cooperation of all CSSP Teams in the programs Tri-Annual Evaluating Scoring Metric (ESM). The Quality Assurance Manager will manage the programs SOP and TTP document repository for compliance management and will notify teams of annual review requirements. This position is located at Adelphi, MD.

What will you be doing?

This position will be a key member of the Defensive Cyber Security team. Duties include:

Evaluates requirements and translates requirements into mission support for the branch with the ultimate goal of providing the highest standard of customer-focused support.

Conducts the monthly Change Control Board meeting and captures meeting minutes for the brief.

Manages Tabletop Exercises (TTX) and produces After Action Reports (AARs) and Lessons Learned (LL) to systematically track and implement changes, driving continuous improvement in processes

What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?

This position will require the following skillsets and experience:

Requires a high school diploma

Requires a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience

Requires a Top Secret clearance

Must be US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance
