Parts Clerk position @ Spartan Truck in Sun Valley, CA - The work schedule for this position is : Monday-Friday (Sat when needed) 6am-4 : 30pm
The Parts Clerk ensures the Spartan team has quality materials and best-in-market parts in inventory, at the best price and delivered on-time .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following (other duties may be assigned) :
Parts sales roles involve selling parts and accessories, providing customer service, and managing inventory. Parts clerk roles broken down below :
Parts sales representative :
Sells parts and accessories to customer sin person, online, or in a warehouse. May also negotiate prices, provide technical support, and follow up with customers.
Parts specialist :
Maintain inventory records, purchases parts, and ensures parts are delivered on time. May also act as a sales representative
Parts Consultant :
Ensures the correct inventory is available, orders parts, manages stock, and answers customer questions.
Parts counter person :
Sells parts and takes inventory of stock
Other responsibilities may include :
Identify potential customers
Understanding customer needs
Promoting and selling parts
Keeping track of sales and inventory levels
Attending trade shows and events
Working with vendors to resolve customer issues
Processing part sales orders
Handling shipments, returns, and warranties
Education, Training & Experience
- Parts Sales Experience
- Must be bilingual Spanish
- Must be experiences in MS Office ( Excel, Access, Outlook, Word)
- 1 years of QB experience
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to work in the US as verified in the government’s E-Verify program
- Must be punctual
