We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate to become a valuable part of our team at Universal Window Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and driving window/door sales growth. In this role, you'll guide clients from the initial consultation to project completion, all while fostering strong relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
Pay Range: Salary of $52,000/Yr Commission
Hours: 40 per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Work closely with architects, builders, and homeowners to assess and define project requirements.
- Offer expert advice on product selection and installation options.
- Accurately create take-offs from plans and provide timely, detailed estimates.
- Process order documents, ensuring all paperwork is complete and error-free.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and exceed targets.
- Continuously stay informed about product offerings and market trends to effectively present solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Sales experience in a construction related field.
- Window/Door sales experience is a plus.
