Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized accrediting agency
- Three years of related work experience.
- Proven track record in designing and leading impactful social justice training and education initiatives at the intersection of identities such as QTPOC, socioeconomic status, and cultural diversity.
- Proficient in various intercultural communication styles, including the creation of compelling marketing materials, effective use of social media, web-based communication strategies, dynamic presentations, and interactive workshops.
- Experience with developing intersectional communities on a college campus, including advising student organizations and working with student government.
- Experience with advocating within institutions of higher education or similar institutions.
- Knowledge of social justice and student development theories, group and community development models, and leadership development frameworks relevant to a highly diverse campus community.
- Familiarity with history of free speech and collective action on college campuses.
- Proven ability to multitask, work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and coalition across stakeholders.
