- Provide logistical and operational support for in-person and virtual alumni engagement events, including event production, calendaring, data collection, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including email campaigns, promotional materials, and social media content.
- Process payments and registrations for alumni events and programs.
- Support lifelong learning initiatives, volunteer opportunities, and alumni career services.
- Maintain accurate records and analyze engagement data to enhance program effectiveness.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries from alumni and key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in one, or a combination, of the following areas (1) alumni engagement, (2) data entry, (3) event management, (4) higher education, or (5) relevant experience in a business/customer service setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide array of individuals on projects and programs.
- Solid, general knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and data systems experience.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed and requested.
