General Job Summary
The Foreclosure Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing the daily operation of loans in foreclosure / bankruptcy status. Provide analysis to management regarding the status of loans within the GSE and Government entities prescribed timelines. Monitor the quality of operations and take measure to ensure a high level of quality is maintained.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Identify GSE, FHA, VA, and USDA timeline requirements for loans in foreclosure status. Monitor loans in active foreclosure to ensure that the timeline requirements are met.
- Review loans at 120th day of delinquency for a compliance and prepare foreclosure referral checklist when applicable.
- Track and monitor allowable delays on GSE and Government insured loans if the loan can't be referred to foreclosure at 121st day due to active bankruptcy or open loss mitigation status.
- Contact attorneys when needed to ensure they uphold timelines requirement.
- Conduct annual attorney review as required by Fannie Mae guidelines.
- Request FHA extensions for 1st Legal via EVARS
- Tasks and Intercoms monitoring in Loansphere / BKFC
- Process payments for reinstatement, payoffs and 3rd party foreclosure funds
- Process loan removals for private and GSE loans
- Submit REOGrams to FNMA and FHLMC after foreclosure sale.
- Monitor departmental email.
- Close and bill foreclosure files as required.
- Review Title's to ensure clear title.
- Monitor foreclosure holds report and foreclosure files in redemption period.
- Work with investors and attorneys to resolve outstanding issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

Working Environment
Primary working environment is within an indoor climate-controlled office space. Employee may be subject to florescent lighting, dust, and other normal indoor allergens. Employee will work in close proximity of coworkers and occasionally independently in quiet environments.
