Position Summary:
The Medical Office Assistant - Call Center handles inbound and outbound calls. Their responsibility is to respond to incoming calls from patients to register and schedule patients for appointments at the Family Medicine Clinic.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Answer incoming calls from patients.
- Assists with scheduling patients.
- Serves as a resource and provides direction to patients.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the EHR.
- Adheres to the policies and procedures of University Clinical Health.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of a high school diploma is required
- Minimum of 1 years experience working in a call center preferred
- Understanding of medical insurances preferred
