Position Summary:
The Inventory Lead oversees all aspects of inventory control for the Distribution Center. They are responsible for monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular audits, implementing efficient inventory systems, and collaborating with our store to ensure accurate and timely inventory data. Trains, and evaluates warehouse employees. Operates heavy machinery and equipment to keep warehouse maintained and organized. Ensures appropriate safety procedures and policies are in place and adhered to. The top accountabilities aligned with this role are: Inventory counts, inventory replenishment, and merchandise markdowns and markups. The Inventory Lead reports to the Distribution Center Assistant Director. This position is non-exempt.

Knowledge, Abilities & Experience for Success:
- High School (High school diploma) and minimum of one year experience in supply chain
- Achievement Orientation, Attention to Detail, Collaborating with Others, Creativity and Innovation, Data Entry, Emergency Procedures, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software, Inventory Control, Inventory/Supply Management, Logistics and Transportation Management, Personal Protective Equipment, Planning and Organizing, RF Scanner, Shipping Procedures, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Warehouse/Stores Management
Physical Demands:
- Constant ascending or descending ladders and stairs.
- Constant moving of self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.

- Occasional standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Occasional moving to accomplish tasks.
- Occasional repeating motions that may include the hands, wrists, and/or fingers
