Clinical Supervisor
University Consultation & Treatment Center(U.C.C.)
U.C.C. – a non-profit supportive services housing provider – has a full-time position for Clinical Supervisor.U.C.C. provides housing & supportive case management services to individuals & families with medical, mental health, & substance use needs.
The following tasks and activities are not intended to be all inclusive, but are intended to reflect a level of performance:
· Assist Director in recruitment, hiring, orientation, development & evaluating of clinical staff;
· Ensure that resident assessments, service plans, progress notes, & all other documents are completed & signed off in a timely manner;
· Ensure a that service plans are tailored to meet the needs, desires, & goals of individual residents; Involving clients in the treatment process in Trauma Informed Care.
· Training staff in trauma-specific treatment approaches
· Ensure a minimum resident occupancy rate of 95% with the timely admission of appropriate & qualified individuals;
· Schedule & participate in case conferences with residents non-compliant with program rules & regulations;
· Conduct regular case record reviews to ensure completeness & to ensure that residents are receiving needed support services. Ensure that case records are in compliance with Agency & funder requirements & meet contractual obligations;
· Maintain excellent data quality for the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) ;
· Maintain excellent & effective working relationships with city, state, & federal funders;
· Maintain excellent & effective working relationships with local medical, mental health, substance use, & support services providers;
· Ensure the confidentiality of resident information at all times;
· Conduct individual & group supervisory sessions & maintain minutes of all meetings;
· Ensure the timely submission of accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly reports to funders;
· Assist the Director in completion of annual progress reports.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or rehabilitation counseling and at least (5) years progressive work experience in a special needs supportive housing program. Experience working with formerly homeless persons is helpful. Bilingual a plus.
Hours: Hours are daytime Monday thru Friday; 24/7 on-call availability required. Field work required. Some weekend and evening hours are required.
