Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial and insurance aspects of vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers in a transparent and ethical manner.
· Structure deals to meet the needs of customers while maximizing dealership profitability.
· Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
· Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers.
· Train and mentor sales staff on F&I processes and products.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry.
· Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, as well as relevant regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
