POSITION SUMMARY / RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides administrative support for the Quality Management (QM) Clinical Quality department. Serves as the frontline contact for receipt of clinical records, reports, and correspondence. Coordinates meetings and audits with provider offices on behalf of the Quality Management department. Supports the strategic vision of the organization. A personal commitment to treat all customers with courtesy, dignity, respect and professionalism and adherence to the organizational Commitment to Service Excellence behaviors and standards.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred. Three years of experience in an administrative, information system and / or data entry position is required. Five years comparable position in a healthcare environment is preferred. Experience with data entry and data analytics preferred.
