Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the office and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Schedule appointments efficiently using Eaglesoft
- Reviewing treatment plans with patients.
- Handle medical collections and process payments in a timely manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and insurance coverage.
- Assist with administrative duties including filing, faxing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in medical scheduling and knowledge of medical collection processes.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
