What You Will Do
- Performs a variety of operational support duties for the Facilities team.
- Vets, qualifies and facilitates work flow process for incoming/outgoing work orders.
- Answers incoming emergency/urgent client service requests and assigns work and follows-up as needed.
- Prioritizes patient care and/or safety work orders and dispatches accordingly.
- Generates work order reports as needed.
- Ensures and maintains accuracy of CMMS work order system data to include site-specific information and employee profiles (i.e. reset passwords, corrects/adds data to CMMS system).
- Assists with audits.
- Oversees Service Vendor process to include but not limited to:
- Training verification, badging and coding, dispatch of service vendors.
- Determine scope classification and allocate expense to correct budget.
- Purchase order creation/invoice processing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.

- Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Equivalent / GED (Required)
- 3 years of office support experience (Required)
- Detail-oriented and organized, with good analytical and problem solving ability. (Required proficiency)
- Notable client service, communication, and relationship building skills (Required proficiency)
- Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment (Required proficiency)
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. (Required proficiency)
- Demonstrated ability to use PCs, Microsoft Office suite, and general office equipment (i.e. printers, copy machine, FAX machine, etc.) (Required proficiency)
- Knowledge of Oracle applications (Preferred proficiency)
