Era Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to become the newest member of our Maintenance Team located in our University House Wallingford Community, Seattle, WA. Available shifts will be scheduled TSunday - Thursday, 08 : 00am - 04 : 30pm, candidate needs to be flexible based on business needs.

Primary Responsibilities :
The Maintenance Technician will perform building facility maintenance. This role assists the Maintenance Team in maintaining the facility, including routine plumbing, painting, lighting, electrical, light carpentry, appliance repair and preventative maintenance.
