Position Description

Starting Salary Range : $90,000 - $120,000 - depending on experience

General Position Summary :

Bid and budget all Industrial Piping, Equipment, Structural, Civil works, HVAC / Air Systems and complex mechanical systems. Coordinate activities from receipt of plans to bid or proposal.

Essential Job Functions :

• Know and Understand Union Trade agreements that will be associated with each estimate
• Participate in bid activities including specialty quotes, equipment pricing and subcontractors.
• Generate Subcontractor and Vendor request for bid and call to confirm bid coverage.
• Review specifications and drawings prior to take offs.
• Complete all estimating forms as required to prepare a complete estimate to a Recap
• Update current pricing and labor in the estimating program on a regular basis.
