What are the responsibilities and job description for the FINANCIAL AFFAIRS ASSOCIATE III position at University of Alabama at Birmingham?
This position will primarily work with third-party vendors. Coding students' accounts, preparing invoices for submittal to vendors as well as coordinating with the UAB Veterans Affairs office. Other duties would include providing customer service via phone and email, analyzing students' accounts and other responsibilities as needed.
Hourly Pay Range:$17.55 - $18.08
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
Prior experience in student accounting is a plus, but not required. Strong customer service skills are also desired.
