We are seeking an experienced fundraising professional to join our team as Associate Director of Development. This is a key role in the Office of Advancement, and we are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with alumni, friends, and donors. As a major gift officer, you will work closely with internal development and university colleagues, as well as the UA Foundation. You will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations. Your expertise in fundraising databases such as Raiser's Edge or Salesforce will be valuable assets in this role. A minimum of three years of successful fundraising or relevant skills is required, along with a master's degree in a related field. The starting salary is commensurate with education and experience.
