What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event & Theatre Staff position at University of Alberta Students' Union?
The Horowitz Events Centre is looking for friendly and reliable customer service oriented individuals to join our front of house team!
We are regularly looking for new staff to work a variety of positions including
- bartenders
- servers
- event setup crew
- door staff
- event security
- catering delivery staff
- Ushers
- Box Office Staff
- House Manager
- Shift leads
The Horowitz Events Centre regularly run a wide variety of events within our venues in the Students’ Union Building, as well as across the University of Alberta’s North Campus. Our venues include Dinwoodie Lounge and Room at the Top. We also manage all meeting rooms in SUB.
All staff are scheduled based on when shift are available depending on event needs. There is no set schedule - staff sign up for the shifts they are able to work.
