Summary of Job Duties
This position performs general and preventative maintenance duties on campus. Occasional plumbing, construction and electrical projects assigned.
Qualifications
Technical certificate preferred. HVAC licensure a plus. Valid Arkansas driver's license is also required.
Must be able to follow written and oral instructions, able to lift at least 50 lbs., able to perform manual labor; and able to perform grounds keeping duties to include the operation and routine maintenance care of various types of tools and equipment.
