The CSM will collaborate with the Program Director and ICHI leadership to ensure that quality patient care is delivered and overall program goals are reached while adhering to regulations and requirements set by UAMS, insurance companies, government agencies, and internal goals/strategies. This is a community-based position located in El Dorado, AR.Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Five (5) or more years of clinical experience in field of Nursing
- At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership capacity
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arkansas.
- Current BLS certification or must successfully obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment.

Staffing
- The CSM is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding qualified nursing staff for the department. This includes conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and ensuring proper training and orientation are provided to new hires. Additionally, the CSM will coordinate and monitor the workload of nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
Development
- The CSM actively contributes to the development of the department by staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in healthcare. They identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care provided.
