Required Education and/or Experience
Degree-seeking UA Little Rock students enrolled in classes at the time of application;
Eligible to legally work 20 hours per week in the United States;
Must be ineligible for Federal Work-Study (FWS).
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Greet visitors/students;
Help with providing and explaining information on booking an event;
Answer the phones and assist callers with the information they seek regarding Conference Services;
Email clients to confirm reservations;
Print ASTRA schedules and setup diagrams (as needed) for fellow employees;
Print out Table/Door signs for events (as needed);
Help with other tasks as needed;
Familiarize yourself with the campus and the A-Z directory on the UA Little Rock website;
Assist with scheduling approved events when needed.

Possess excellent communication and organizational skills;
Self-motivated, and customer-service oriented;
Ability to be flexible and willing to assist when and where there is a need;
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously;
Ability to work with a variety of departments and settings;

Ability to be resourceful in finding appropriate information to answer customer and employee questions.
