Qualifications:
Required Education and/or Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related master’s degree and experience with children and families to train and assess for the Resource program OR
- Bachelor's degree with related experience and licensure.
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- Experience in writing home assessments, psycho-social histories, training in curriculum development and training delivery, trainer/instructor preferred. Appropriate professional licensure preferred, e.g., LMSW, CPC.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate resource education sessions for identified parents;
- Communicate with program participants (phone, e-mail, mail, virtual setting), as needed;
- Conduct SAFE home studies and adopt training curriculum as needed;
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to travel in-state and out-of-state occasionally is required;
- Ability to work outside of normal office hours will be required;
- Ability to adapt to organizational change and handle multiple tasks;
- Ability to use a personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite.
