Required Education and/or Experience
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university;
A minimum of two years of professional experience in a specialized or related field applicable to work performed;
Other job-related education and/or professional experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements.
Preferred Education and/or Experience
Professional experience in printing, or related areas;
Experience with MarketDirect StoreFront, or other eProductivity Software;
Experience with Workday.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Consult with customers, assist with StoreFront orders, monitor work in progress, and ensure that quality controls are in place and maintained;
Manage incoming correspondence through answering calls and customer emails;
Prepare bid specifications for printing and manage to purchase activities for the print shop;
Coordinate staff travel; complete the appropriate travel authorization and reimbursement requests;
Maintain and manage the department PCard and CTS travel card, including accurate recordkeeping, transaction verifications, and annual training pursuant to UA Little Rock policies and procedures;
Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of the equipment, supplies, processes, and skills involved in the printing of text;
Knowledge of workflow analysis and job structuring theories and techniques;

Ability to conduct quality examinations of work products and scheduled output;
