About the Position: This is a career appointment offering 100% fixed time and a competitive hourly rate ranging from $20.64 to $27.39. You will collaborate with local public health organizations and community groups to deliver agriculture and nutrition education to adults and youth. Your responsibilities will include training schoolteachers, evaluating program implementation, collecting data, and writing reports in compliance with funding requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agriculture and nutrition education programs for community-based adults and youth in partnership with local public health and community organizations.
- Train and guide schoolteachers on how to support health education in their classes by providing them with education, information, and resources.
- Evaluate program implementation and collect data to assess the effectiveness of our programs.
- Write reports in compliance with funding requirements and perform data entry for reporting purposes.
