Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, supervise, and train nutrition educators, support staff, and interns.
- Develop and implement an annual budget and work plan in collaboration with the Regional Manager, Academic, and program staff.
- Ensure accountability and stewardship of program resources in compliance with USDA SNAP-Ed Guidance, CFHL, UC SO guidance, and UC ANR policies and procedures.
- Develop, prepare, and reconcile budgets while monitoring expenditures according to USDA and CDSS requirements.
- Assess program effectiveness based on participant enrollment data, evaluation results, and affirmative action goals and work with the Regional Manager and Academics to improve the program.
