As a senior analyst in IT Finance and Administrative Applications, this position is responsible for leading complex business and systems analysis, testing, implementation, and on-going management of key IT initiatives. Initiatives include the assessment and management of projects for the entire Enterprise, this may include both vendor-supported and custom applications. The position may also work on IT projects associated with operational and administrative functions.

Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
- Experience with integrated applications.
- Strong foundational knowledge of applications and underlying technologies (servers, storage, databases, etc).
- Extensive experience as a senior business analyst participating in large scale IT projects.
- Strong skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with business operational support including planning, design, development, implementation, user support and training, maintenance, change, quality assurance, and system testing and evaluation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills applied to documenting complex business processes and system requirements. Ability to convey technical information and instructions to all levels of end users and staff in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to serve as a highly skilled technical leader and information resource, and to work collaboratively with key personnel and management, providing guidance and recommendations on systems, improvements, upgrades, and industry advances and trends.
- Experience as a lead analyst/tester on large scale IT projects. Demonstrated experience with process analysis, systems analysis, process architecture, and various SDLC methodologies and practices.
- Knowledge of business operational support including planning, design, development, implementation, user support and training, maintenance, change, quality assurance, and system testing and evaluation.
- Practiced interpersonal communication skills to clearly and effectively train, support, collaborate, clarify technology situations and resolve problems with a diverse group of end users and key stakeholders at all professional and technical levels.
- Skills to independently conduct research, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of diverse information and prepare analysis and reports in logical format.
- Apply advanced problem-solving skills to complex issues, quickly diagnose problems, and develop, test, and implement appropriate and effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Proficient organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and see projects through from inception to completion on schedule.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in documentation and reporting, including the ability to apply metrics, plan and implement testing strategies, collect and analyze performance data, and produce substantive reports and analyses for management use.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant business analysis certification.
- Academic institution or large integrated healthcare facility experience.
- Experience with ERP Financial/Supply Chain, and other administrative applications.
- Ability to work remotely; exhibit the ability to work independently and possess strong communication skills over multiple platforms.
- Experience managing and leading diverse groups, including peers, leaders, and others in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to fulfill testing lead and analyst lead roles concurrently for large scale enterprise technology projects.
- Work independently and as part of a team, set priorities, organize work, and meet deadlines.
- Create and manage project schedules, manage multiple activities and priorities, and maintain productivity.
- Creative, strategic thinker, and problem-solver with ability to see and contribute to the big picture.
- Ability to lead and organize implementation and training activities.
- Recognize the need for and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; exercise judgment, tact, and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information and situations.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, personal initiative, and accept responsibility for decisions and actions.
- Sound understanding of typical vendor provided application agreements for on-going support, maintenance updates, application upgrades, and end-of-product support.

The Supply Chain Solutions and Services team provides support, analytics, reporting, project and business solution services across a broad landscape of enterprise applications and service delivery offerings. The team supports a diverse portfolio of applications including, but no limited to: EAM, Infor Lawson and other aligned systems that enable purchasing, inventory, distribution, and facilities management services.
