Job Summary
This is not an H1B opportunity. Under direct supervision of the Aggie Enterprise CCT Manager, collaborate with the Aggie Enterprise Change, Communications, and Training (CCT) Team and functional experts from UC Davis accounting, finance and supply chain to develop and deliver instructor led training in support of Oracle Financial Cloud and accounting and finance fundamentals at UC Davis.
Courses include end-user training for various functions in Aggie Enterprise. Some examples are creating invoices, managing project financials, purchasing, financial reporting, and accounting fundamentals.

Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and / or certification if required of the position
- Bachelor's Degree in a related area and / or equivalent experience or training.
- Experience training and teaching adult learners in a classroom setting.
- Experience creating engaging classroom presentations and delivering interactive training sessions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Knowledge and ability to apply adult learning theory to a classroom environment.
- Exceptional writing skills.

Department Overview
The Office of Business Transformation reports to the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Administrative Innovation and Technology (AdminIT). AdminIT is part of the Finance, Operations and Administration organization and manages a diverse end to end portfolio of technology and provides continuous improvement services essential to the entire UC Davis campus including UC Davis Health System. AdminIT owns service delivery support for Aggie Enterprise and provides information technology support to the larger FOA organization. Units within FOA are the primary functional owners of Aggie Enterprise, including general ledger, Chart of Accounts, funds management, budgeting, and procurement.
