Job Summary

Under general direction of the Director of Finance & Administration, this position provides a broad range of data entry, development & gift, and business services support to the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts. Responsibilities include : review and reconcile data across several databases such as GREAT and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, resolve discrepancies and process corrections; provide policy guidance regarding gift requests and acceptance and oversee the full process; Play a major role in PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance, and assist with fulfillment of annual PCI audit requirements. Support various business services such as purchasing and check deposits.

Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and / or certification if required of the position

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience using automated systems to retrieve information for analysis and reporting.
• Skills to analyze and review financial transactions and data with strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, validity, and consistency.
• Ability to interpret and apply various campus policies and procedures pertaining to purchasing, travel, and gift processing.
• Initiative and skills to work independently and to work effectively with others in a cooperative, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
• Ability to adapt and learn various software and related business rules and practices.
