Job Summary
Under the direction of the Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP) Associate Director and Director, provide administrative and financial support for EAOP operations. Responsibilities include process expense reports, vehicle and room reservations, submit tickets to Shared Services and other campus departments, resolve discrepancies, provide financial updates and adjust accounts. Supporting EAOP activities, process Match Reports, and support the submission of the annual report(s). Provide support for hiring student assistants, onboarding new staff, and assisting with the agreement approval process. Assist with fiscal close. Provide event support.

Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and / or certification if required of the position
- Financial management and accounting and expense reconciliation.
- Experience using PC; word processing, spreadsheet, email, scheduling, website and database software. Examples : Microsoft Word; Outlook; PowerPoint; Excel.
- Experience working in a fast space office while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Oral and written communication skills to interact with individuals of varying ages and cultural background, communicate technical issues, provide project documentation, write and edit correspondence, resolve problems and train / guide staff.
- Knowledge of processing payroll and personnel transactions using an automated system.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures relating to purchasing, accounts payable, travel, entertainment, gift processing, self-supporting activities, and business management practices.
