Your Role on the Team
Position Summary:
Incumbent will evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation, assist leadership in creating and presenting market, financial, and utilization data, and other ad-hoc reports. Prepares proformas for the effective analysis of new proposals or initiatives. This role is responsible for providing support services, reviewing, and developing information and models to create effective recommendations to supervision/management. Incumbent also supports the measurement and benchmarking of business operations in relation to best business practices for the healthcare industry and internal business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with staff and senior management
- Ability to work with multiple and changing priorities
- Solid understanding of decision support systems, cost accounting principles, and accounting systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding of industry benchmarking systems
- Two years experience working with productivity and benchmarking data
- Must demonstrate high level analytical skills with focus on business analysis and secondary focus on systems analysis
- Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
- 5 years of analytical and data management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with dashboard reporting systems such as Power BI
- Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
