Your Role on the Team
Position Summary:
The Director has responsibility for the operations of the diagnostic imaging department at Los Alamitos Medical Center, including the Total Care Outpatient Imaging Center and Radiology Scheduling. The Director plans, directs, and supervises all technical aspects of the department in regard to services, programs, and evaluations of such programs. This is the highest position in the department.

Required Qualifications:
- Certification as a Radiologic Technologist issued by the State of California Department of Public Health
- CPR Certification
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- 5 years of experience progressively more responsible management in radiology related program/job.
- Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- 7 year experience progressively more responsible management in radiology related program/job.
- Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
