Maintenance and review of patient medication profiles; reviewing and verifying physician medication orders and patient medical record. Hourly Salary Range: Step 1, $85.87 - Step 9, $100.58 (Step based on years of experience)
Bargaining Unit: HX - UPTE
We are seeking an exceptionally-skilled and compassionate pharmacist with the following qulifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
- California Pharmacy license
- ASHP-accredited PGY2 oncology residency or at least a minimum of 2 years of pharmacy practice experience in oncology
- Recent clinical oncology experience (within 5 years)
- Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) preferred
- Previous infusion pharmacy experience preferred
- EPIC/Beacon experience preferred
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skills
- Knowledge of and ability to perform age specific and disease specific pharmacokinetic calculations
