- Manage and Inspire Your Team: Train, assess performance, coach, schedule, and supervise administrative staff while fostering a culture of positivity and excellence.
- Streamline Office Operations: Oversee office and material management, manage providers' schedules, and ensure the clinic runs efficiently and effectively. Provide direct assistance to the Practice Manager for all aspects of clinical operations, including special projects and financial management.
- Be a Hands-On Leader: Provide back-up assistance to the administrative staff and the Practice Manager, ensuring smooth operations at all times. Lead the management of patient appointments, check-in process, insurance verifications, billing, and authorizations.

Salary Range: $30.56-60.82 Hourly
Required:
- Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in a clinical setting, including organizing workflow to accomplish established objectives, training staff, and evaluating staff effectiveness.
- Skill in setting priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities.
- Familiarity with surgery scheduling systems, preferably with UCLA systems/CareConnect.
- Working knowledge of current third party payor systems including managed care and governmental programs; familiarity with current patient billing practices.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively coordinate the patient care activities of the practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to deal effectively with patients and staff who are under stress
- Familiarity with computerized patient appointment scheduling and registration systems.
- Ability to follow-through with tasks under minimal supervision and ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to organize and maintain patient records efficiently.
- Ability to perform under the stress of frequent interruptions and/or distractions.
