Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $67,000 - $94,200 (Annual Rate).

Department Description
Program of Research on Mental health Integration among Underserved and Minority populations (PReMIUM) is dedicated to partnering with health care delivery systems to conduct innovative research that promotes integration of mental health and general healthcare. Our vision lies in inspiring collaboration, both within community and research settings, and leveraging talent to create a more integrated and progressive health care system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related area and minimum one year of experience or equivalent experience / training.
- Demonstrated skill in applied human research, preferably in mental health or a related field.
- Training/knowledge of research methodology and design in clinical human research.
- Proficiency to effectively use the PC and software such as Word, Access, Excel, and SPSS (data analysis software).
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills to manage large program development databases.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to keep accurate, retrievable records, and anticipate (and solve) potential problems.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills to facilitate and maintain relationships with others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
- Experience with project reporting including assisting in the creation of technical reports, manuscripts, and/or internal reports.
- Excellent academic writing and editing skills.
- Experience with DSH databases.
- Python for Data Science, Web, and Core Programming Certification
