Description
This position will assist the ISS office in Warrensburg with email inquiries from perspective students, financial documents needed for international student applications, and GPA checks for post-graduation work authorization (OPT). This position will also be responsible for serving as a customer service representative and will greet and assist customers in person, on the telephone, and through email. The selected individual will be expected to sign a confidentiality agreement due to the sensitive nature of the material they may handle.

Typical Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Working with individuals of various ethnicities
- Working on a team
- Familiarity with Google Suite
Supplemental Information
Working Hours and Days:
- Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (20 hours)
Special Instructions:
