Job Summary: |
The Marketing & Communications Program Manager, hereinafter referred to as the Program Manager, will provide daily management and coordination of, as well as overall strategic planning for, the Department of Anesthesiology's marketing and communications needs. This position will oversee and maintain departmental branding and logos, marketing materials and processes, and various communication avenues including the ownership of the Department's internal communications, including its quarterly newsletter, Intranet, Website, social media, and marketing videos. This Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for all Department marketing and communications and will manage the Department's marketing and communications strategies, publications, and systems, including the utilization of Marketing Cloud. The Program Manager is expected to communicate with the Department Chair, Director of Finance and Administration, and other Department leadership on significant developments within the department. This position requires a combination of program management and communications skills. Strong writing and speaking skills, coupled with the ability to manage, allocate and deliver projects in a timely manner to support Department of Anesthesiology programs, events, and fundraising efforts are crucial to the position. Key Responsibilities Program Management (60%) The Program Manager oversees all aspects of overall marketing, communications, and brand strategy for the Department of Anesthesiology. This includes the following, but is not limited to:
Communications & Systems/Database Management (40%) The Program Manager will create an overall marketing, communications, and brand strategy for the Department and will manage all databases applicable to marketing and communications. This is inclusive of but not limited to:

Work Location: |
Onsite to Hybrid - this role is expected to work onsite initially for at least four months to build and establish relationships and is located in Aurora, Colorado. After four months, the role will be eligible for a flexible hybrid work schedule at the supervisor's discretion based on business needs. |

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $65,105 - $82,814. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
