As a Patient Intake/Scheduling Assistant at the School of Dental Medicine, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch dental care at our School. You'll be the friendly face and voice that greets and assists up to 250 patients daily, both in person and virtually. Your support in operating the Information/Reception areas will be key in triaging and directing inquiries, scheduling appointments through cutting-edge electronic health record systems, and discussing treatment plans with new patients. With a balance of front desk reception and patient check-in, check-out, scheduling, and payment tasks, your days will be diverse, fast-paced, and rewarding. Working alongside dental students, faculty, and staff, you'll ensure that each patient's journey is efficient, professional, and compassionate. Plus, as a valued member of our team, you may occasionally be assigned other exciting duties that align with our vision, mission, and values. Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $39,060 - $45,314. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is eligible for overtime compensation. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
