Hybrid – This position is eligible for a hybrid work environment. AMC OIT strives for a high-flex work environment. This position may work remotely 1-2 days per week. The work schedule will be based around core working hours in Colorado Mountain Time. During the training period, this position may be required to work on campus more often.

- Monitor the OIT ticketing system, fulfill requests and manage incidents within established SLOs.
- Use Endpoint Management tools to update and deploy computer images.
- As requested by instructors, certify computer labs for exams using secure browsers.
- Provide backup coverage for ticket fulfillment in other areas of the Multimedia and Desktop Solutions team.
- Collaborate across the University IT community to drive continuous improvement in systems administration duties for employee and classroom computer images.
- Routinely survey classrooms, conference rooms, and computer labs to ensure computers, printers, and peripherals are configured and functioning properly.
- Regularly test and maintain backup classroom computers to ensure readiness and redundancy.

- Substitution: 4 years of professional or high-level technical experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree.
